Sustainability

Sustainability is at the very core of our company's identity. Crespac leverages the two most recycled plastics in the world (PETE #1 and HDPE #2) to deliver highly-engineered, value-added products to our customers.

Unlike any other manufacturer in our industry, we use a minimum of 50% post-consumer recycled plastic content into most of the products that we manufacture with the majority of our products being made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic content. In just the last decade, we have converted the equivalent of over 2.5 billion recycled 16 oz. water bottles into thermoformed and extruded packaging and products.

Large retail chains and brand owners are rapidly embracing sustainability as a core corporate value and demanding their supplier partners do the same. There's no "greenwashing" or "sustainability window-dressing" with Crespac. We have the history and scale to back customer sustainability initiatives quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

Our 725 bowl and lid series offers is the ideal choice for carry out salads and other foods requiring an economical but elegant presentation. Bowls are available in 32oz and 48oz capacities and can be produced in clear or black PET.

Crespac is rapidly adding to it's portfolio of stock food service containers made from crystal clear PET material. Many of our our containers and lids can be made with a minimum of 50% post-consumer recycled content. Currently, we offer a family of square deli containers and round tubs ranging from 8oz to 88oz of capacity.

Crespac produces a line of specialty produce clamshells and trays to accommodate seasonal growers of various fruits, vegetables and herbs. Our clear clamshells are produced with a minimum 70% post-consumer recycled rPET.

Crespac currently offers stock scoops and dosing cups ranging from 160ml overflow all the way up to 500ml overflow capacity. We have extensive experience in the demands of high speed loading of scoops into powder / granular product applications. All of our measuring and dosing products can be run with 100% post-consumer recycled content PET as well as FDA grade APET materials for food contact applications.

Our full line of horticultural products is manufactured from 100% post-consumer recycled content rPET and rHDPE resins. Crespac is quickly expanding it's portfolio of carrier trays, landscape trays, and pots to meet the demands of horticultural customers across the U.S. Our products are highly cost competitive and offer growers the most sustainable / fully-recyclable solution in the marketplace.

Crespac offers a wide breadth of stock paint trays, liners, trim cups and other paint sundries for private label and direct sale to national retail chains, independent hardware retailers and online retailers. We can accommodate a wide spectrum of customer colors and logo plates. We are also experienced in myriad labeling, multipack, and cartoning configurations to meet even the most demanding retail requirements.

Crespac offers a variety of configurations of extruded PETE and HDPE sheet for the thermoforming, die-cutting and slip-sheet markets. Our offerings range from monolayer 100% post-consumer recycled sheeting to more complicated coextruded structures with FDA food contact approved cap layers.
